Request for Land Waste Service
Through this service, AD Ports occupants and contractors can avail the Waste Management services as per standard approved Tariff. Please refer to the waste management services booklet for complete details available on AD Ports Group website.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the relevant Waste Service request.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
AD Ports HSE Office reviews, accepts or rejects the request.
STEP03
REQUEST REVIEWED
AD Ports HSE arrange to carry out the required services.
STEP04
RECEIVE RESPONSE
AD Ports HSE Office submits the Waste Manifest to the customer.
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
AD Ports HSE submits waste service details to Finance team to raise the invoice accordingly.
STEP06
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Customer clears the payment as per Terms and Conditions.

Charges List
Waste Reception Charges towards all Vessels calling Abu Dhabi Ports is mandatory to pay the waste services charges as follows: |

| Khalifa, Zayed, Musaffah Ports: @ AED 700 for 1 Garbage Skip (12 CBM). |
| Free, New and other Ports: @ AED 120 per visit / 24 hours. |
Other waste services are available upon request wherein charges are payable by the ship on arrival at the Port and levied at the same time as the Pilotage Dues. |
Other Waste Management Services Charges: The Waste Management Charge covers all Port(s) costs in setting up, running and administrating the Port Waste Management System and for the reception, transport and disposal / treatment of ship-generated waste. This meets the requirements of the Regulations for the charge to be in excess of 20% of the Port’s total waste management costs. Shipping agent acting on behalf of Vessel shall pay the overall cost of Vessel (s) waste disposal services as per the issued invoice unless the Vessel is under exemption by Abu Dhabi Ports. |
The services utilized by Form-C of WSR for recycling and potential revenue generating items, the payment shall be made by Abu Dhabi Ports as applicable to client / Shipping agent by issuing the credit note or issuing the cheque. |
