Through this service, Port users can request for maintenance and installation of Aids to Navigations (AtoN).
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits the request through Maqta Gateway / Email.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The request is then received by the VTS operators.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The response will be received from the AtoN team . If the request is approved, the client will be notified of the possibility of obtaining the required service (each separately) as scheduled. In the case of refusal, the customer should consult the feedback from the concerned department and provide them with additional documents, information and clarifications if necessary.
