Steps to Follow

STEP01

The customer submits the Passengers along with the Vessel Call in Maqta Gateway.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

The customer submits the request for Passengers services such as luggage handling (if any).

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

The passenger list and the requested services is received by the terminal operator.

STEP04

APPROVAL

Once the vessel call is approved, the terminal facility will be prepared for handling the passenger, and confirmation will be sent to the customer to acknowledge the receipt of the service requests and operations to take place as specified.
