Steps to Follow

STEP01

Customer submits the passengers list along with the vessel call through "ATLP”.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

Customer submits the request for passengers services such as luggage handling (if any).

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

Once the vessel call is approved, the terminal facility will be prepared for handling the passenger, and confirmation will be sent to the customer to acknowledge the receipt of the service requests and operations to take place as specified.
