Request for Pilot Exemption Certificate

Through this service, Pilot Exemption Certificate (PEC) can be issued for the vessel masters in the commercial Ports and Musaffah Channel. This certificate enables masters with vessels that requires compulsory pilotage to enter the Port without the pilot from AD Ports Group through certain undertaking requirements from the vessel master and owner to Port Authority.
