Request for Port Licence Issuance
Through this service, customer can submit a request to issue new licences for companies operating within the port premises such as transport operators, shipping agents and other companies for the purpose of conducting activities inside the Ports.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits a request for a Port Licence through Maqta Gateway and submits the necessary documents to obtain the service.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Customer receives a response from AD Ports Group for his application status. If the request is approved, the customer will be notified to proceed with payment. In the case of refusal, the customer shall consult the remarks from AD Ports Group and provide additional documents and information if necessary.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Customer pays the service fees electronically through the payment gateway and receives the license.
