Request for Port Licence Renewal
Through this service, customer can submit request to renew licences for companies operating within the Port premises such as transport operators, shipping agents and other companies for the purpose of conducting activities inside the Ports.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits request for Port Licence through "ATLP" with the necessary documents to obtain the service.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Customer receives a response from AD Ports Group with application status. If the request is approved, customer will be notified to proceed with payment. In case of refusal, the customer can review the remarks from AD Ports Group and provide additional documents or information if required.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Customer makes the payment for the service fee digitally through the payment gateway and receive the license.
