Port Licence Renewal Request
This service aims to renew licences for companies operating within the port premises such as transport operators, shipping agents and other companies for the purpose of continuing to conduct activities inside the ports
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits a request for renewing a port licence through Maqta Gateway and submit the necessary documents for obtaining the service
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Abu Dhabi Ports receives, and reviews the application.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The customer receives the response from AD Ports for his application status. If the request is approved, the customer will be notified to proceed with payment. In the case of refusal, the customer shall consult the remarks from AD Ports and provide additional documents and information if necessary.
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
The customer pays the service fees electronically through the payment gateway
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
The renewed licence will be issued electronically and available to the customer for download
