Port Property Lease Cancellation Request
This service allows customers to cancel a property leasing within the commercial Ports.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The customer submits the Lease Termination Request Application, along with the necessary documents to obtain the service.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
The application is then reviewed by Commercial-Ports Department.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
An inspection is conducted by the Asset management Commercial-Ports Department for the property, and is then taken over by AD Ports.
STEP04
REQUEST REVIEW
A Clearance note is issued by Commercial-Ports Department, along with the details of Financial Settlement as per the contract’s terms and conditions.
STEP05
SERVICE COMPLETION
The customer receives the Financial Settlement if any from the Finance Department in Abu Dhabi Ports.
