Request for Port Property Lease Renewal
Through this service, customers can obtain the approval for renewal of the property lease contract (property within Commercial Ports premises).
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Commercial-Ports Department in Abu Dhabi Ports Group sends the new contract by mail to the tenant before the contract's end date.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Customer submits the necessary documents to obtain the service along with the signed contract.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Customer then process the lease payment as per the Amount in the Contract (with Finance Department in Abu Dhabi Ports Group).
STEP04
LEASE PAYMENT
Final Approval is given to continue using the property by Commercial-Ports Department in Abu Dhabi Ports Group, upon lease payment completion. ( a signed renewal document for the lease is issued).
