Request for Port Property Lease
Through this service, customers can obtain the approval for leasing a property (within the premises of Commercial Ports) request.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the Lease Application request, along with the necessary documents to obtain the service through the appropriate channels.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Upon confirmation of property availability, an offer letter is issued, otherwise a rejection letter.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
Customer signs the contract and process the lease payment as per the Amount in the Contract (with Finance Department in AD Ports Group).
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
Final Approval is issued to use the property by Commercial-Ports Department in AD Ports Group, upon completion of lease payment.
