Request for Towage Services
Through this service, Port users can request for Towage Operations for ships calling to the Ports.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer submits the request through "ATLP".
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
If the request is approved, customer will be notified of the possibility of obtaining the required service as scheduled.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
In the case of returned or refused application, Customer to provide the concerned team in "ATLP” with additional documents, information and clarifications, if necessary.
