Request for Track and Trace Information
Through this service, vessel agents can track their vessels' movement and status. This service also allows the vessel/cargo agents, clearing agents, freight forwarders, truck companies and importers/exporters registered in "ATLP" to track their cargo location, movements and statuses.
Steps to follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The registered customer in "ATLP" requests information on existing vessels or cargo (e.g. Vessel Location, Cargo details) either in "ATLP" or via Manara Mobile Application. The customer has the option to also configure/subscribe to receive timely notifications upon event occurrence or status change.
STEP02
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The system fetches the information for the user in the format requested.
