Track and Trace Information Request
This service allows the vessel agent to track their vessels movement and status. This service also allows the vessel/cargo agents, clearing agents, freight forwarders, truck companies and importers/exporters registered in Maqta Gateway to track their cargo location, movements and statuses.
Steps to follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The registered customer in Maqta Gateway request information on existing vessel or cargo (e.g., Vessel Location, Cargo details) either in Maqta Gateway Website (Information Services) or via Manara Mobile Application. The customer has the option to also configure/subscribe to receive timely notifications upon event occurrence or status change.
STEP02
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The system fetch the information for the user in the format requested.
