Truck Appointment Booking Request
This service allows the trucking companies to book a time slot during which arrangements for their cargo pickup can be done.
Steps to Follow
Notes: Trucks should be registered with AD Ports Group (as part of the Truck Operators Licensing)
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
The user requests for an appointment by informing the truck and cargo details, and selecting the appropriate time slot through Maqta Gateway.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Once the appointment details are confirmed and sent, the customer has to proceed for payment through mPay or Cash. Customers with Credits as mode of payment (with both Maqta Gateway and the Terminal Operator) can skip the payment step.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The customer then receives confirmation on the selected time slot.
