Request for Vessel Registration and Information Update

Through this service, vessel agents can submit a request to register or update the registration of vessels in AD Ports Group by providing the required information and uploading the relevant certificates of the vessel through "ATLP". Once the vessel is registered, agent will be able to apply for a vessel call to a commercial Port using "ATLP" platform.

Steps to Follow

STEP01

Login through "ATLP" Platform.

STEP02

SUBMIT APPLICATION

Submit the request and the required documents.

STEP03

REQUEST STATUS

Receive the approval or rejection. If the request is approved, the vessel will be included in the list of registered and approved vessels according to the new or modified details provided. In the case of refusal, customer will review the comments from Harbour Master team, and provide additional documents/information if required.

STEP04

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT

Pay the service fees.

RECEIVE RESPONSE

Register the vessel in Port Community System - AD Ports Group.
