Change Status Request
This service explains the procedure to be followed by the establishment to obtain "Status Adjustment" for labor(s) who has been issued work permit and visa by which labor has to be inside the country. (This service is optionally provided)
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
This procedure begins after obtaining the approval for labour entry work visa from the MOI.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Check the receipt of all documents and request the transaction in case of deficiencies the customer is asked to complete the deficiencies.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
In case of meeting the requirements, the customer service officer will specify the identification code for the service and issue the application, which the customer signs and sends it to the cashier in case the customer likes to pay in the cash form.
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
The due financial fees will be collected and the invoice issued either by the cashier in case the customer asks to pay in cash form or through the customer service officer in case the customer asks to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice to the customer.
STEP05
REQUEST REVIEW
Collect the required documents and access the ICA system for citizenship and MOI transactions, to print the application.
STEP06
REQUEST REVIEW
Using Amwal e-wallet to pay citizenship and MOI application fees.
STEP07
REQUEST REVIEW
Print and deliver the labour change status visa.
STEP08
SERVICE COMPLETION
The procedure ends.
