Through this service, establishment can apply for request to amend the establishment card in Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) such as amendment of name, activity or authorised signatories. (This service is optional)

Request letter to amend the establishment card in the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP).
Colour copy of the passports of authorised signatories - owners (valid for more than 6 months).
Copy of the residency visa or the unified number of the authorised signatories - owners.
Copy of Valid Licence - post modification.
