Through this service, establishment can apply to amend the establishment card in Federal Authority For Identity & Citizenship card such as (name amendment- activity- authorised signatories). (This service is optional)

Request letter to amend the establishment card in the Federal Authority For Identity & Citizenship.
Colour copy of the passport of authorised signatories - owners (valid for more than 6 months).
Copy of the residency visa or the unified number of the authorised signatories - owners.
Copy of Valid Licence copy - after modification.
