Establishment Card Renewal Request - Federal Authority For Identity & Citizenship

This service explains the procedure to be followed by the establishment to obtain the renewal of the card in MOI. (This procedure is optional)

Steps to Follow

STEP01

This procedure begins when the customer applies for renewal of the Immigration and MOI establishment card.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

Verify all the documents have been received and requested the transaction and transferred to action.

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

If the conditions are not met, the employee will inform the customer of the completion of the deficiencies.

STEP04

REQUEST REVIEW

If the requirements are met, the customer service officer will specify the service identification code for the service and issue the application, which the customer signs and sends it to the cashier in case the customer needs to pay in cash.

STEP05

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT

Collection of the due financial fees and the issuance of the invoice either through the cashier in case the customer likes to pay in cash or through the customer service officer in case the customer likes to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice.

STEP06

REQUEST REVIEW

Collect the required documents, access the ICAl system for citizenship and residence transactions, and print the application for renewal of the establishment card.

STEP07

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT

Use the Amwal e-wallet to pay citizenship and MOI application's fees.

STEP08

REQUEST REVIEW

Print the application for renewal of the establishment card and approve the electronic signature of the authorized owners and include it in the system.

STEP09

REQUEST REVIEW

The application is forwarded electronically to issue approval for the renewal of the property card.

STEP10

SERVICE COMPLETION

The procedure ends after obtaining the renewal of the establishment's card issued by the General Directorate of Nationality and MOI.
