Establishment Information Modification Request-MOHRE
This service explains the procedure for updating / amending the establishment data on MOHRE system. For example: Change in ownership of the business or It's service agent, change of the commercial name or updating other details etc.
This procedure begins when the customer applies for modification of the establishment card to amend/update the establishment data, for example (a change in the ownership of the business or its service agent, a change of the commercial name, an update of its other data, etc.).
The ZC employee checks that all required documents have been received and attached.
If the conditions are not met, the ZC employee will inform the customer of the completion of the deficiencies.
In case of meeting the requirements, the customer service officer will specify the identification code for the service and issue the application, which the customer signs and sends it to the ZC cashier in case the customer asks to pay in cash.
Collection of the due financial fees and the issuance of the invoice either through the cashier in case the customer asks to pay in cash or through the customer service officer in case the customer asks to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice.
The procedure is completed and the application sits in relation to the modification of the establishment card in TAs-Heel system of the MOHRE.
Send all documents to the work permit officer.
Review the application and documents and make sure that they meet the terms and conditions informing the customer that the request for modification does not meet the terms and conditions, and the procedure ends.
If the application meets the requirements, all documents are sent to the data entry employee.
The information filled out by the client is modified in the request to modify the data of the establishment in the Tas-Heel system of the MOHRE.
Print the application and send it to the work permits officer after receiving the signed and approved copy of the customer.
The application is approved by work permits officer in the System of the MOHRE and sent to the customer service officer.
Save and archive the request to modify the approved facility and communicate with the customer and hand over all documents.
The procedure ends.
