Job Offer Request
This service explains the procedure to be followed by the establishment to recruit and employ labor(s) from inside or outside the country in the event of quota availability.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Customer applies for a job offer to recruit and employ a worker from within the country or abroad.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
All documents are verified, the transaction request and the establishment's data is updated, in case of deficiencies that the customer is informed of for completion.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
If the customer completes all the required documents, the employee will specify the identification code for the required service and provide the customer with the request that he signs to approve this service and verify the amount to be paid.
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Fees are collected according to the amount specified in the system by choosing the service identification code either by cash payment form or by credit card and the customer's delivery of a copy of the invoice and the other invoice is retained by the customer service officer or cashier in case of cash payment.
STEP05
REQUEST REVIEW
The application will be forwarded to the Department of Labor Relations Department in case the reference request sought to add conditions to the contract.
STEP06
REQUEST REVIEW
The required documents are collected, access Tas-Heel system to start the procedure and print the job offer.
STEP07
REQUEST REVIEW
The customer delivers the offer of work immediately.
STEP08
SERVICE COMPLETION
The procedure ends.
