Steps to Follow

STEP01

This procedure begins when the labour applies to file a complaint against the establishment in which he works.

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

Check all the documents have been received, requested transaction, and the date of validity of the work permit and the residency visa.

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

The customer service officer determines the identification code for the service and issues the application, which the labour signs and sends it to the cashier in case the worker asks to pay in cash.

STEP04

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT

Collect the due financial fees and issue the invoice through the cashier in case the customer requests to pay in cash or through the customer service officer in case the worker likes to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice to him.

STEP05

SERVICE COMPLETION

The complaint request is printed and handed over to the labour for signature and transferred to the department's of the work relations.
