Request letter to issue the establishment card from the Federal Authority For Identity and Citizenship
Coloured copy of the owners - authorised signatories passport (valid for more than 6 months)
ID copy of the owner/authorized citizen, and copy of ID and residence visa of the owner/authorized Non-UAE national
