Copy of the Federal Authority For Identity & Citizenship establishment card.
Copy of valid license.
Approved signature of the authorised person.
Establishment data form.
Copy of residency visa\ EID of the authorised signatories. and for Non- UAE Nationals, copy of the authorisation form.
Copy of authorised signatories statements.
Copy of authorised signatories passports valid for more than 6 months.
