Request for Refund of Bank Guarantee​
Through this service, establishment can apply to obtain approval for the refund of bank guarantee paid by the customer to MOHRE prior to transfer the file to KEZAD Group. Bank Guarantee​ refund application will then be processed following an inspection carried out wherein the establishment is requested to complete the necessary post-inspection requirements.
Steps to Follow

Attach the required documents.

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the request fees.
STEP04
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Send the request for inspection.

APPLICATION STATUS
Customer to complete the necessary post-inspection requirements.
STEP06
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Enter the approval in MOHRE's system.
STEP07
SERVICE COMPLETION
Inform the customer.
