Through this service, establishment can submit a request to obtain statement for individuals or establishments issued by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP).
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
Submit the request and the required documents through the service channels, and receive a notification to submit additional documents if required.
STEP02
REQUEST STATUS
Receive the approval or rejection.
STEP03
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Pay the service fee.
STEP04
SERVICE COMPLETION
Receive the Various Reports for Individuals or Establishment.

For individuals: Photocopy of the passport, residency visa and Emirates ID.
For establishments: Copy of the establishment card issued by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP).
