Submission of Quota Application
This service explains the procedure to be followed by the establishment to obtain the relevant quota in order to bring new employees by which new work permit(s) will be issued to labors for achieving the establishment objectives and milestones. The procedure also clarifies processing the quota application. Please refer to the tasks/accountabilities of the quota Committee for further details.
This procedure begins when the customers applies for a new quota so that the establishment can bring in new labor that you need.
The receipt of all documents, the request for transaction and the date of the licence's validity will be verified and after the committee approves the request.
The customer service officer determines the identification code for the service and issues the application which the customer signs and sends it to the cashier in case the customer asks to pay cash.
Collect the due financial fees and issue the invoice through the cashier in case the customer requests to pay in cash form or through the customer service officer in case the customer likes to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice to the customer.
Collecting the required documents and entering a system of Tas-Heel to start the procedure and printing the quota application of 50 dirhams, as in the system of facilitation the highest permissible number of quotas is 100 workers per establishment, and also collects a fee of 100 dirhams for each worker.
The quota application is transferred to the permit officer to include the application in the system and the number of quotas available after verification of the required documents (accreditation of the quota Committee).
In case of rejection by external parties for quota, the establishment will be compensated by the recovery of the rejected quota and the establishment pays new fees without entering the quota committee.
The procedure ends after obtaining the quota.
