Temporary Work Permit Request - 6 Months
This service explains the procedure to be followed by the establishment that wants to obtain a six-month temporary work permit.
Steps to Follow
STEP01
SUBMIT APPLICATION
This procedure begins when customers applies for a temporary work permit for the labour with the work permit and residence on the others establishment that is valid for six months.
STEP02
APPLICATION REVIEWED
Check the receipt of all documents and request the transaction and verify the effective date of each of the economic licences, labour permit and worker residency visa.
STEP03
RECEIVE RESPONSE
The customer service officer determines the identification code for the service and issues the request which the customer signs and sends it to the cashier in case the customer wants to pay in cash.
STEP04
SERVICE FEE PAYMENT
Collect the due financial fees and issue the invoice either through the cashier in case the customer wishes to pay in cash or through the customer service officer in case the customer wishes to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice to the customer.
STEP05
REQUEST REVIEW
The customer service officer collects and checks the documents and prints the permit request for some time.
STEP06
REQUEST REVIEW
The issuance of work permit approval is forwarded to the permit officer to verify all attachments and input data.
STEP07
REQUEST REVIEW
The head of the department approves and signs the temporary work permit for 6 months and stamped it.
STEP08
SERVICE COMPLETION
The procedure ends.

Copy of Educational qualification / certificate(s) attested by the relevant Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs if the certificate is issued from outside the country for professionals by which Educational certificate is a must and has to be attested by the relevant authorities, for example SEHA or Ministry of Justice
Labor information form
No Objection Letter from the sponsor permitting the labor to work with other establishment
Copy of the labor work permit issued by the establishment (sponsor) from MOHRE valid for more than 6 months
Signature and economic licences are valid for both establishments
