This service explains the procedure to be followed by the establishment that requests to obtain the approval for work permit modification such as occupation or salary.

Steps to Follow

STEP01

This procedure begins when the customer applies to obtain the approval to modify the work permit (profession - salary).

STEP02

APPLICATION REVIEWED

All documents are verified, the transaction request and the attached work contract is verified, in case of deficiencies, the customer's request is returned to be completed.

STEP03

RECEIVE RESPONSE

In case of meeting the requirements, the customer service officer will specify the identification code for the service and issue the application which the customer signs and sends it to the cashier in case the customer wants to pay in cash.

STEP04

SERVICE FEE PAYMENT

Collect of the due financial fees and issue the invoice either through the cashier in case the customer requests to pay in cash or through the customer service officer in case the customer wishes to pay through the electronic payment card and deliver a copy of the invoice to the customer.

STEP05

REQUEST REVIEW

The required documents are collected and enter a system of Tas-Heel to start the procedure and issue approval to modify the work permit and the customer will be handed a copy of the receipt of approval to modify the work permit immediately.

STEP06

REQUEST REVIEW

In the event of obstacles, the transaction is transferred to the head of the department or stamped manually in case it is not posted through the system.

STEP07

SERVICE COMPLETION

The issuance of approval is electronically transferred to the permit officer to verify all the attachments, the input data and issue the approval for the amendment of the work permit- contract.
